How can I sponsor an event?
We love collaborating with brands and businesses that align with our mission. If you’re interested in sponsoring a future Sunset Connect event, visit our Sponsorship Page for details. Please note: the deadline to sponsor is two weeks before each event so we can plan accordingly.
Is there parking at the venue?
Each venue is different, and so are the parking options. We always do our best to find and share nearby parking recommendations in the event details and confirmation emails.
Who is invited to Sunset Connect events?
Our events are open to anyone with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building meaningful relationships. Entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, community builders – if that sounds like you, you’re invited.
What’s the dress code?
There isn’t one. Seriously – come as you are. No pressure, no expectations. Just bring your full self and good energy.
Will I get everyone’s contact information after the event?
Yes! We’ll send a contact list to all attendees after each event so you can continue the conversation. We just ask that you respect everyone’s inbox – please don’t mass email or add anyone to a mailing list without their permission.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just you and a willingness to connect. No business cards, no elevator pitch. We keep it real and relaxed.
How often are events held?
Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds. Each event is thoughtfully planned based on registration, so all sales are final.
When does registration close?
Registration typically closes a few days before each event to help us finalize headcount and logistics. Don’t wait too long – spots do fill up.
Is there an agenda for the event?
No formal agenda. Just unstructured, no-frills networking in a warm, curated space. We’ll kick things off with a quick welcome and shoutout to our sponsors – and then it’s all about the conversation.
What happens if it rains?
Don’t worry – our events are rain-friendly! All our venues have covered or indoor options, so the event will go on, rain or shine. In the rare case of severe or dangerous weather (like a storm), we’ll notify you as early as possible if there’s a date change. Please note: tickets are non-refundable, but your payment will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event or another upcoming date of your choice.
